Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Quanta X Technology LLC (“Quanta X Technology”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information through Best Deal On (bestdealon.app), the Best Deal On Bot browser extension and related phone and text-message services.

Information we collect

• Account details: email address, username or business phone number, and a hashed password.
• Business page content that you or your connected bot upload (name, address, hours, FAQs, links and similar).
• Phone numbers you give us, and whether and when you agreed to receive text messages (the consent wording, date, time and IP address).
• Phone-verification records: when a verification call was placed and whether it succeeded. We do not record the call.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To run your account and publish your business page.
• To verify that you control a business phone number (an automated call with a one-time code).
• To send account and service messages you asked for, by email or, if you opted in, by text.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver the messages for us (such as our messaging carrier partner), only to deliver them.

If you opt in, you may receive account and business-page messages (for example verification codes, page-status updates and account alerts). Message frequency varies, about 1–4 messages a month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we confirm and send nothing further. Reply START to opt back in after opting out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bestdealon.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, voice and messaging delivery, payments), under contracts that limit their use of it; when the law requires it; or to protect users and the service. Business page content you publish is public by design. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterward for security and legal reasons. Passwords and sign-in tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

You can update your page, disconnect bots, opt out of texts (reply STOP; reply START to opt back in) and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@bestdealon.app.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
