Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Best Deal On (bestdealon.app), the Best Deal On Bot browser extension and related services, provided by Quanta X Technology LLC (“Quanta X Technology”, “we”). By using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You may only create or manage a page for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We may verify a business phone number with an automated call and may refuse, suspend or remove pages that are inaccurate, unlawful or abusive.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload and give us permission to host, display and distribute it to run the service, including on public business pages.

SMS messaging program

• Program: Best Deal On account and business-page notifications (for example verification codes, page-status updates and account alerts).
• Opt-in: only by checking the unchecked consent box where you enter a phone number, or another clear written request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies, about 1–4 messages a month.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• STOP: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• START: if you replied STOP, reply START to opt back in. You will get one confirmation.
• HELP: reply HELP, or email support@bestdealon.app, for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share or sell mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no spam, unlawful content, impersonation, attempts to break security, or use of the service to contact people who did not agree to be contacted.

Paid features

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and billing terms are shown before you buy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Quanta X Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
