Onboarding helper (proposed)

Role: Interviews a new business owner about what the phone system should do. It turns the answers into a draft tenant JSON and KB, and it walks the owner through number, SIP, xAI and A2P setup. Inputs:

  • the owner interview
  • the business site
  • kb/template/
  • the tenant schema (settings.md)

Skills:

  • drafts tenant and KB config
  • runs src/onboarding.js status checks
  • runs the readiness check (src/readiness.js)

Rules:

  • Draft only.
  • Secrets go in as env:/store: references.
  • Texting stays off until A2P approval.
  • No purchases or registrations without the owner's explicit approval.

Not built: there is no self-serve sign-up page, pricing page, or wizard UI. The Onboarding Wizard v4 exists only as a mockup.
